Availability depends on my schedule and the type of session. Weddings typically require about two months’ notice, while portraits and other sessions can often be booked much sooner. I usually recommend reaching out a couple of weeks in advance, but feel free to inquire anytime — if I have availability, I’m always happy to make it work!

Once we confirm the details of your shoot, I will send over a simple contract and invoice. For sessions over $225, a booking deposit is required to officially reserve your date, with the remaining balance due 24 hours before the session. Everything is handled online so the process is quick and easy.

Yes, I am always open to travel depending on location and availability. Travel within 75 miles of Boulder, CO and Newport, RI is included. For locations 75–120 miles away there is a $75 travel fee, and for 120–200 miles the travel fee is $150. Locations over 200 miles and overnight lodging are quoted individually.

Both Boulder and Newport offer beautiful options, from mountain views and open fields to coastal scenery and historic streets. I personally edit every image myself, no outsourcing or AI culling. Each photo is carefully selected and edited one by one using my natural, true-to-life style and consistent color tones, so your gallery feels cohesive, timeless, and true to you.

The final number depends on the type and length of the session, but I typically deliver about 100 edited images per hour of shooting. My goal is always to provide a full gallery that tells the story of the session rather than limiting you to a strict number of photos.
